Kathryn Hettler is an Associate in Faruqi & Faruqi’s New York office. Kathryn’s practice is focused on employment litigation.
Prior to joining Faruqi & Faruqi, Kathryn spent nearly a decade at a mid-sized New York City law firm, where she represented employees on both an individual and class basis. Her practice included matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract disputes, and other employment-related claims. Kathryn has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2019 through 2023.
Kathryn earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society. She graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Management and earned an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
Kathryn is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Michigan.
